Senior Data Science Manager - Productivity

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads.
• Define and own the long-term measurement strategy for productivity workflows.
• Identify growth opportunities and set data-informed goals.
• Lead complex experimentation and ensure strong decision frameworks.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists.

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior data leader.
• Strong skills in SQL, Python or R.
• Ability to connect multiple product surfaces into a clear measurement strategy.
• Experience in collaboration tools, workflow automation, or AI-assisted productivity products.
