Senior Data Science Manager - Productivity

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the strategic data partner to Product and Engineering leads across the Productivity space.
• Define and own the long-term measurement strategy for productivity workflows, collaboration, and AI-powered assistance.
• Identify growth opportunities and help set data-informed goals.
• Lead complex experimentation and ensure strong decision frameworks.
• Coach and grow senior data scientists.

Requirements:

• Experience as a senior data leader and trusted thought partner.
• Fluency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
• Strong in experimentation and problem-solving.
• Experience in collaboration tools, workflow automation, or AI-assisted productivity products.
