What you’ll be doing:
- Own the China CX technology ecosystem, leading the technical strategy across all support systems.
- Architect solutions that bridge Western platforms with China-specific channels.
- Champion compliance by designing systems that meet local regulations.
- Translate Canva’s global CX strategy into tailored experiences for Chinese users.
- Lead technical governance and large-scale implementations.
- Shape and manage vendor partnerships.
- Mentor and empower the team through cross-cultural knowledge sharing.
You're probably a match if:
- You have 5+ years of experience with enterprise CX platforms, including Chinese systems.
- You’re fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.
- You have experience leading complex system implementations and API integrations.
- You understand data residency and compliance nuances in China.
- You’re comfortable administering tools like Zendesk at scale.
- You thrive working independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- You balance cultural sensitivity with strategic thinking.
- You have hands-on experience using AI in your work.
