Revenue Strategy Lead

This role is based in San Francisco, United States with a hybrid work schedule.

Compensation:

$182,000-$278,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Sales Compensation.
• Define pricing/discount guardrails and approval matrices.
• Own entitlements and ensure timely activation.
• Partner with Sales Ops to design compensation structures.
• Enhance Salesforce/CPQ and compensation tools.

Requirements:

• Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Incentive Compensation in SaaS environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess ROI.
• Experience with Salesforce and compensation tools.
• Proven track record in scaling processes and automation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
