Compensation:
$182,000-$278,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Sales Compensation.
- Define pricing/discount guardrails and approval matrices.
- Own entitlements and ensure timely activation.
- Partner with Sales Ops to design compensation structures.
- Enhance Salesforce/CPQ and compensation tools.
Requirements:
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Incentive Compensation in SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess ROI.
- Experience with Salesforce and compensation tools.
- Proven track record in scaling processes and automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
