Compensation:
$182,000-$255,000
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Sales Compensation.
- Define pricing/discount guardrails and approval matrices.
- Own entitlements and ensure clean handoffs to Billing and Revenue Accounting.
- Partner with Sales Ops to design compensation structures.
- Enhance Salesforce/CPQ and implement controls for SOX compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in Deal Desk, Sales Provisioning, and Incentive Compensation in high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and compensation tools.
- Proven track record of scaling processes with strong governance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
