About the role:

As a Research Engineer - Datasets, you will manage the lifecycle of datasets, curate human feedback, and develop machine learning models for synthetic data generation.

Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable pipelines for processing and curating datasets.
• Develop ML models for high-quality synthetic data.
• Implement human evaluation workflows and analyze model performance.
• Conduct experiments to measure the impact of models on design quality.

Requirements:

• Strong aesthetic sense and background in visual design or human-computer interaction.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
• Understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.
• Experience with generative AI is a plus.
