Responsibilities:
- Identify key opportunities for localisation improvements in German
- Collaborate with local team on Product Growth initiatives
- Evaluate and adapt global messaging for German users
- Provide cultural insights to global teams
- Work with linguists and local partners for clarity and tone
- Develop language style guides and localisation best practices
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of German users and culture
- Experience in localisation, content design, or product growth
- Analytical mindset for data-driven improvements
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools and basic web development
