What you'll do:
- Own the technical direction for the web platform, including SSR and React Server Components.
- Drive performance improvements to achieve sub-two-second first page load times.
- Influence frontend engineering practices across product teams.
- Lead hands-on coding efforts while mentoring other engineers.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of React and its internals.
- Experience with performance optimization in large-scale web applications.
- Strong coding skills with a focus on active individual contribution.
