$156,000 to $241,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Own the strategy and performance of Canva’s B2B website.
- Lead demand capture initiatives and increase lead conversion using AI.
- Scale community-led growth and engage in external networks.
- Use data to prioritize and plan a global roadmap.
- Drive experimentation to identify scalable growth levers.
- Align closely with ops, sales, and MarTech for broader funnel performance.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in organic growth programs, especially in B2B and SaaS.
- Strong grasp of channels like SEO, web chat, and referral marketing.
- Experience in scaling inbound funnels with measurable outcomes.
- Ability to report performance metrics and turn data into action.
