$156,000 to $241,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy and performance of Canva’s B2B website.
  • Lead demand capture initiatives and increase lead conversion using AI.
  • Scale community-led growth and engage in external networks.
  • Use data to prioritize and plan a global roadmap.
  • Drive experimentation to identify scalable growth levers.
  • Align closely with ops, sales, and MarTech for broader funnel performance.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in organic growth programs, especially in B2B and SaaS.
  • Strong grasp of channels like SEO, web chat, and referral marketing.
  • Experience in scaling inbound funnels with measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to report performance metrics and turn data into action.
