What you'll do:

  • Design and deliver structured workshops and learning experiences for various audience segments.
  • Build and scale train-the-trainer programs to develop Canva advocates.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with growth objectives.
  • Represent Canva at events and provide feedback to internal teams.

What we're looking for:

  • 4+ years of experience in designing and delivering learning programs.
  • Strong facilitation and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to translate product features into practical use cases.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects.
