Machine Learning Engineer Intern 2026/27

This internship is based in Sydney, Australia, with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with your team to design, develop, test, and maintain your intern project.
• Develop and maintain documentation for software development processes.
• Interact with stakeholders to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in studies between 2027 and mid-2028.
• Based in Australia or New Zealand with working rights.
• Strong fundamentals in Computing and Object-Oriented Programming.
• Proficient in Python.
• Ability to translate statistical or machine learning models into practical solutions.
• Passion for learning and exploring AI tools.
• Commitment to the 12-week full-time program.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with building and deploying machine learning models.
• Familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
