About the Role:
As a Research Machine Learning Engineer at Canva, you'll be responsible for high-performance data acquisition, processing, and annotation to enable the training of cutting-edge models.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable tools and pipelines for acquiring diverse datasets.
- Engineer robust solutions for filtering and curating data.
- Build performant algorithms for data processing at scale.
- Work with multimodal data and ensure quality alignment.
Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Experience with large-scale data processing workflows.
- Understanding of statistical methods and experimental design.
- Experience with generative AI is desirable.
