Localisation Lead - Germany (12 Month Contract)

About the Role:

As a Localisation Lead, you will drive growth in Germany by ensuring culturally relevant content for German users.

Responsibilities:

• Identify localisation improvement opportunities in German
• Collaborate on Product Growth initiatives
• Adapt global messaging for German users
• Provide cultural insights to global teams
• Work with linguists and local partners for clarity and tone
• Develop language style guides and localisation best practices

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of German users and culture
• Experience in localisation or content design for the German market
• Analytical mindset for data-driven improvements
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools and basic web development
