Responsibilities:

  • Understand LatAm customers and build experiences that drive satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze the LatAm market and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
  • Develop frameworks and reporting solutions for internal decision-making.
  • Produce actionable insights to impact growth initiatives and marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure insights inform global strategies.

Requirements:

  • 6-8+ years of experience in market research and insights roles.
  • Strong knowledge of LatAm markets with cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency with research tools and data analysis software.
