Internal Communications Manager

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

• Design and deliver internal communications programs that engage and inform employees.
• Own the strategy and execution of major internal events.
• Lead global change management initiatives.
• Manage communication channels and cadences.
• Provide counsel to senior leaders for effective communication.

• 6+ years of experience in internal communications or related roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale internal events.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
