HR Generalist (12-month)

This role is based in Beijing, China.

Responsibilities:

• Source high-potential talents using platforms like LinkedIn and BossZhipin.
• Conduct market talent mapping and competitor analysis.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling.
• Support employee lifecycle processes and People Program launches.
• Ensure data accuracy in Workday updates.

Requirements:

• Experience in talent acquisition or HR roles, preferably in a tech environment.
• Familiarity with end-to-end hiring processes.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS systems.
• Knowledge of local employment compliance in China.
• Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
