- Lead, coach, and grow a team of design leaders and senior designers.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders across Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing.
- Champion an AI-first, prototype-driven approach to problem solving.
- Establish quality standards and design processes.
- Identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.
- Influence and align stakeholders to deliver cohesive user experiences.
