Head of Product Design - Growth

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Set and drive design vision and strategy across the Growth Supergroup.
• Lead and grow a team of design leaders and senior designers.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Establish quality standards and design processes.
• Identify opportunities for experimentation and innovation.

• You are fluent with AI tools in your design practice.

• You have built and developed design leaders before.
