Head of Partnerships, North America (9-Month Fixed Term Contract)

Compensation:

$199,000 to $246,000/year (pro-rata)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the North American Partnerships function as the primary regional contact.
• Drive strategy and execution across existing partnerships using data to inform decisions.
• Develop regional executions for globally led partnerships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated programs.
• Manage partner relationships ensuring clear communication and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or client services.
• Experience in delivering high-impact, strategic partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the entertainment and media marketing landscape.
• Confident relationship builder with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
