Head of Learning Experience, Design School

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with a hybrid work setup.

Responsibilities:

• Define and lead the learning experience strategy for Canva users.
• Create and evolve learning experiences across various formats including courses and live events.
• Ensure learning aligns with user needs and moments of intent.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement learning at scale.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing Learning Experience team.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading education or content-driven platforms.
• Strong understanding of learning outcomes and user engagement.
• Ability to set strategy and execute in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in building and scaling teams.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have:

• Background in learning experience design or education strategy.
• Experience with global education programs.
