Head of Design Research

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow the Design Research team.
• Craft and lead a design research strategy that informs product vision.
• Drive evaluative research to identify and fix user issues.
• Enable product teams to conduct their own research.
• Define and manage the research tool ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in generative, evaluative, and mixed-methods research.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience in integrating AI capabilities into research practices.
