Responsibilities:
- Define and own the global field marketing strategy aligned with B2B growth priorities.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to North America Sales leadership.
- Manage and develop a global team of field marketers.
- Design programs to build new pipeline and accelerate opportunities.
- Influence marketing's contribution to revenue and manage the global field marketing budget.
Requirements:
- 10-15+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in high-growth SaaS.
- Experience with AI tools in marketing workflows.
- Track record of leading field marketing and building high-performing teams.
- Strong understanding of demand generation and marketing attribution.
