Growth Marketing Manager,Turkiye (12 Month Contract)

This role is based in Istanbul, Turkey, with a full-time, onsite schedule.

What you'll do:

• Drive Canva’s growth marketing strategy in Turkey, translating global priorities into local execution.
• Scale user acquisition and engagement through performance channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Lead creative experimentation to identify high-performing messaging and campaigns.
• Optimize marketing performance across channels, improving key metrics.
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform local and global growth strategies.
