This role is based in Amsterdam, Netherlands with onsite work requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive Canva’s growth marketing strategy in Benelux, translating global priorities into local execution.
  • Scale user acquisition and engagement through performance channels including Meta, Google, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Lead creative experimentation to identify high-performing messaging and campaigns.
  • Optimize marketing performance across channels, improving ROAS and retention.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform growth strategies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing within high-growth consumer tech environments.
  • Strong expertise across paid media channels and understanding of key performance metrics.
  • Fluent or native Dutch speaker with strong English communication skills.
  • Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in cross-functional environments.
