We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team in France, focused on driving incremental user growth through great investment decisions, media buying strategy and execution.

As the Performance Marketing Specialist for France, you will be the analytical media expert that partners closely with our creative strategist and broader marketing team in France to drive great incremental returns on our media investments.

• Own day to day media buying, optimisation and pacing across multiple channels in France.
• Translate France priorities into concrete strategy and plans.
• Set the media mix, lead budget allocation review processes and own the experiment roadmap.
• Partner with the Data team to run incrementality studies.
• Translate performance data into clear creative insights.
• Actively manage creative rotation.
• Evaluate audience segmentation, targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Work closely with creative team to maximise Tiktok Content Suite.

• Proven hands-on experience in media buying and budget management.
• Strong optimisation mindset and confidence making data-driven decisions.
• Proven experience collaborating with creative teams.
