Compensation:

$180,000 to $240,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Own the regional growth strategy and manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget.
• Lead performance across paid social and video channels, optimizing campaigns for maximum impact.
• Work cross-functionally with various teams to shape market strategies and campaigns.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with significant budget ownership.
• Deep expertise in paid social and video marketing.
• Experience in designing and running growth experiments.
