Responsibilities:

  • Own the regional growth strategy, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget and optimize investments.
  • Lead performance across paid social and video channels, ensuring effective audience targeting and creative strategy.
  • Identify conversion gaps and run A/B testing to optimize user journeys.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to shape campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with significant budget management experience.
  • Deep knowledge of paid social and video channels.
  • Experience with various measurement methodologies.
  • Ability to design and run growth experiments.
  • Cross-functional collaboration skills.
