What you'll do:

  • Own the regional growth strategy, translating business objectives into actionable plans.
  • Manage a multi-million dollar paid media budget with accountability for results.
  • Lead performance across paid social and video channels like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Drive creative strategy in partnership with the Creative Strategist.
  • Identify conversion gaps and optimize user journeys through A/B testing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to shape campaigns and strategies.

You're probably a match if:

  • You have 5+ years in performance or growth marketing with significant budget ownership.
  • You possess deep knowledge of paid social and video marketing.
  • You're comfortable with multiple measurement methodologies.
  • You have experience running growth experiments and making data-driven decisions.
  • Multi-market experience is a plus.
