Compensation:
$182,000-$278,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Design, document, and administer scalable sales compensation frameworks.
- Own the end-to-end commission process, including calculations and reporting.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and RevOps on plan design and forecasting.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate processes.
- Maintain governance over compensation plans ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales compensation or sales operations within high-growth SaaS environments.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A roll-up-your-sleeves mindset for both strategic design and execution.
