Responsibilities:
- Lead the global quota process and design data-informed targets.
- Build and maintain quota methodology and revenue models.
- Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership to align quota plans.
- Manage the global sales forecast process.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a SaaS sales organization.
- Strong command of SQL and advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
- Proactive problem-solving and clear communication skills.
