Europe Data Science Manager - Design Experience (14-month fixed term contract)

This role is based in London, England, United Kingdom.

Responsibilities:

• Leading the Europe data team in developing a data strategy, roadmap, and resource allocation.
• Aligning the Europe data roadmap with the Design Experience product strategy.
• Identifying collaboration opportunities among Europe data scientists.
• Facilitating accountability and engagement within the Europe data team.
• Shaping data’s role in product lifecycle through experimentation and strategic influence.
• Extending data literacy throughout the region.

Requirements:

• Experience leading high-performing data teams in a product-led environment.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence strategic decisions.
• Skills in shaping data roadmaps and collaborating with engineering and product stakeholders.
• Experience coordinating complex work across teams in different regions.
• Proficiency with tools like Snowflake, DBT, Segment, and Looker/Tableau.
• Leadership style valuing kindness, empathy, and collaboration.
