• Participate in code reviews as both author and reviewer.

• Conduct performance reviews and participate in the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Experience in crafting high-performance software in Ruby for large-scale projects.
• Strong foundation in computer science and engineering principles.
• Proven people management experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both technical and non-technical discussions.
• Experience with AI-enabled development practices.
