Engineering Manager - Organising Content

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Lead engineers in building and analyzing features across Canva.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Coach engineers and set clear goals for the team.
• Own the team’s development methodology and technical strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Build new experiences for asset storage in Canva.
• Evolve existing experiences across various media types.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and stay updated on industry trends.
