Engineering Manager - (JavaScript/Java) - Organising Content

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

• Build new experiences for storage of asset types in Canva.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable solutions.
• Coach engineers and set clear goals for the team.
• Own the team’s development methodology and rituals.
• Lead technical strategy and project delivery.
• Write and review design documents and code.

Requirements:

• Experience in leading engineering teams.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Java.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
