What you’ll be doing:

Lead a high-performing team of mobile and frontend engineers in delivering hybrid development capabilities at scale.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve cross-platform architecture.
• Improve developer experience through better tooling and testing.
• Define technical strategy with engineering, product, and design leaders.
• Foster a culture of clarity, craft, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Experience leading engineering teams in mobile or frontend domains.
• Technical leadership with a passion for coaching and people growth.
• Experience with hybrid or native mobile technologies (Swift, Kotlin, React, React Native, TypeScript).
