Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of software engineers.
- Design and implement database and storage infrastructure.
- Analyze performance across storage systems.
- Drive evolution towards a storage-as-a-service model.
- Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in software engineering in large-scale environments.
- Experience with modern data storage technologies.
- Proficiency in languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Understanding of security and compliance for data storage.
Tech stack:
MySQL, Aurora, DynamoDB, S3, Redis, OpenSearch, MongoDB.
