Engineering Manager (infra) - Cloud Enablement (ANZ Remote)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia with hybrid work options available.

• Lead and coach a team of platform engineers building cloud landing zones and governance foundations.
• Drive compliance by design through automation and clear developer workflows.
• Partner with Security, Risk & Compliance, and Platform teams.
• Support the Containers Everywhere company goal and establish GCP as a first-class environment.
• Balance operational excellence with long-term platform strategy.
• Grow high performers through feedback and career development.

You’re probably a match if:

• You’ve managed infrastructure or platform teams through complex technical challenges.
• You have a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure governance across AWS and/or GCP.
• You’re experienced in leading teams that operate critical, highly-scaled systems.
• You can translate complex technical concepts for a wide range of stakeholders.
