Engineering Manager - Identity & Access (Open To Remote Across ANZ)

This role is based in Canberra, ACT, Australia with remote options available across ANZ.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team designing and implementing authentication and authorization systems.
• Own the strategy for identity and access, balancing security and compliance.
• Coach and develop engineers through regular feedback.
• Oversee the team’s development methodology and drive high performance.
• Collaborate with partner groups to build scalable systems.

Required Experience:

• Understanding of authentication and authorization technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Ability to balance usability, security, and compliance in strategy.
• Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
• Familiarity with access control systems and policy-as-code methodologies.
