Engineering Manager - Identity & Access (Open To Remote Across ANZ)

This role is based in Perth, WA, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of software engineers focused on authentication and authorization systems.
• Own the strategy for identity and access, balancing security and developer experience.
• Coach and develop engineers, providing feedback for personal growth.
• Collaborate with other teams to build scalable systems.
• Drive internal adoption of security systems.

Required Experience:

• Understanding of authentication and authorization technologies (SAML, OIDC, OAuth).
• Experience with programming languages such as Golang, Python, or Java.
• Ability to design and build platform features end-to-end.

Tech stack:

Golang, Python, Java, Terraform, CI/CD systems.
