Lead motivated engineers to build and maintain Canva's educational platform, ensuring team happiness and high performance. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver on the roadmap.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical leadership within a full-stack team.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, web technologies (HTML/CSS), or Java.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and promote a collaborative environment.
Nice to have:
- Experience in A/B testing and Experiment Driven Development.
