Engineering Manager (FS) - Design School Technology - Martech

This role is based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Design School Technology team, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful engineering solutions.

Requirements:

• Experience in technical leadership within a full-stack team.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, or Java.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead by example.
• Excellent communication skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience in A/B testing and mobile app development.
• Background in developing Java backends.
