Lead motivated engineers to build and maintain Canva's educational platform, ensuring team happiness and high performance. Collaborate with product designers, content designers, product managers, and engineers.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in technical leadership within a full-stack team.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML/CSS) or Java.
- People leadership experience and strong career growth of software engineers.
Nice to have:
- Experience in A/B testing and Experiment Driven Development.
