Engineering Manager (FE) - Video Storyline (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Brisbane, QLD, Australia with remote work options available.

What you'll do:

• Lead and grow a frontend team focused on AI-powered video editing.
• Deliver intuitive editing surfaces that simplify complex creative tasks.
• Build tools for sequencing, timing, and audio/visual storytelling.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to explore new interaction patterns.
• Define and own the frontend technical roadmap.
• Champion frontend excellence in performance and usability.

Requirements:

• Strong frontend background, particularly with TypeScript.
• Experience with creative tools in video, gaming, or similar media.
• Understanding of mobile and large-screen experiences.
• Product-minded with a passion for user-friendly design.
• Experience coaching and developing engineers.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced R&D environment.
