Engineering Manager (FE) - Search Experience (Remote ANZ)

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia with remote work options available.

Responsibilities:

Lead the Search Experience frontend team to deliver search functionality, set technical vision, collaborate with Product and Design, mentor engineers, and drive enhancements.

Requirements:

• Experienced frontend engineer with knowledge of modern frameworks (React or similar)
• Experience in leading teams and coaching engineers
• Strong product mindset and ability to thrive in cross-functional environments
