Engineering Manager (FE) - Editing Performance

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of ~7 engineers.
- Collaborate with technical leads to solve complex technical problems.
- Work closely with the Product Manager on the product roadmap.
- Drive planning and refinement of seasonal goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and advocate for engineering needs.
- Own and drive large, cross-team initiatives from ideation to completion.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical leadership or mentorship of engineers.
- Commercial experience in software development, ideally with frameworks, libraries, or APIs.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, MobX.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
