About the Role:
We’re looking for an engineering manager to manage a team of ~7 engineers focused on improving editing performance.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of engineers.
- Work alongside the technical lead to solve ambitious technical problems.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product roadmap.
- Drive planning and alignment of seasonal goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration.
- Own and drive delivery of large initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in technical leadership or mentorship.
- Commercial software development experience.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, MobX.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
