Engineering Manager (FE) - Editing Performance

This role is based in Melbourne, VIC, Australia.
Responsibilities:
- Coach, mentor, and grow a team of engineers.
- Work alongside the technical lead to solve ambitious technical problems.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on the product roadmap.
- Drive planning and refinement of seasonal goals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and advocate for engineering needs.
- Own and drive delivery of large initiatives from ideation to completion.
Requirements:
- Experience in technical leadership or mentorship.
- Commercial experience in software development.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React, TypeScript, MobX.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
