Engineering Manager (FE) - Commercialisation team

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

What you'll do:

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team, including architecture decisions and system design.
• Contribute to complex features and lead critical design reviews.
• Coach engineers in their day-to-day technical work and raise the technical bar through feedback and mentorship.
• Drive engineering quality and best practices.
• Partner with Product Managers and designers to translate ambiguous problems into clear solutions.
• Nurture an inclusive team culture where engineers feel safe to take risks and grow.
