Engineering Manager (FE) - Commercialisation team

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team, including architecture decisions and system design.
• Contribute to complex features and unblock engineers on technical problems.
• Coach engineers through code reviews and design decisions.
• Drive engineering quality and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and designers to deliver clear solutions.
