The Commercialisation team is responsible for building initiatives that enhance user interaction with AI features and manage subscription upgrades.

Responsibilities:

• Own and evolve the technical direction of the team.
• Contribute to complex features and lead design reviews.
• Coach engineers in technical work and decision-making.
• Drive engineering quality and best practices.
• Partner with Product Managers and designers to deliver solutions.
